Dear NAPS Members,

It is with great pleasure that we announce two significant leadership appointments within our organization.

Please join us in congratulating Mr. Thomas Hughes, who has been named the NAPS New York Area Vice President, overseeing New York, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. His dedication and leadership will undoubtedly enhance our operations across these regions.

In addition, we extend warm congratulations to Mr. Kenneth Stanley, who has assumed the position of Executive Vice President for NAPS Branch 100. His expertise and vision will be instrumental in leading Branch 100 to greater success.

We eagerly anticipate their contributions and the positive impact they will continue to bring to NAPS. Please take a moment to congratulate Mr. Hughes and Mr. Stanley on their well-deserved appointments.

Branch 100 Mission Statement

The object of this association shall be to promote the welfare of the Postal Field Supervisors through activities and programs which this association shall deem necessary and advisable. Cooperation shall be rendered to the United States Postal Service to improve service and raise the standard of efficiency, as well as, to widen the field of opportunity for supervisory employees who make the United States Postal Service their life’s work.
